Western Growers, April 13, 2021: WG Forms Food Safety Advisory Committee

Western Growers has formed a Food Safety Advisory Committee that will advise the Food Safety Science and Technology Committee, which reports to the WG’s Board of Directors, while providing technical expertise and advice on science issues and industry regulations affecting the safety of fresh produce. Amber Strohauer is one of the 12 committee members, currently serving as Secretary. The committee is lead by Jacob Odello of Nunes Company and Cailin Keaton of Pasquinelli Produce Company.

The following 12 WG members will serve on FSAS:
